Short Bio: In 1943, Bronson joined the United States Army Air Forces and served as an aircraft gunner in the 760th Flexible Gunnery Training Squadron, and in 1945 as a B-29 Superfortress crewman with the 39th Bombardment Group based on Guam.

Went on 25 Combat Missions as a Tail Gunner on the B-29’s.

    Hi Cpl Bronson,
    Just wondering if you ever had to stop at Motoyama #1 on Iwo. I was crew leader for the Radar section and only had 2 from my Ky hometown look me up when there.
    I didn’t envy your job, I have claustrophobia, close places
