View Your Boot Camp Platoon Photo Through Our Military Records Search

A picture may be worth a thousand words, but to members of Together We Served, their boot camp platoon photo found through our military records search is priceless. That’s because many of the members of Together We Served recall boot camp as a turning point in their lives. For many, it was in boot camp that they experienced an intense level of physical and mental endurance that helped make them strong and capable. In boot camp, they gained a superior level of confidence and fitness that transformed them into the person they are today. In boot camp, our members forged lifetime relationships with people with whom they may have fought in battle or with whom they learned side-by-side the leadership skills they are now using in their careers. When their boot camp platoon photo is seen again after many years through our military records, it is a stirring moment for veterans and their loved ones. These unbreakable bonds and lasting memories are more vivid through the boot camp platoon photo. At Together We Served, members have access to military records that include thousands of photographs from several wars, including Vietnam, Korea, and World War II.

Since 2003, Together We Served (TWS) has helped veterans and their loved ones conduct an online veteran search of military records to find a person of interest. Our online veteran search database is over 1.6 million and growing rapidly. Our goal is simple: We want to create a unique forum with military records for all service members, run by service members, sharing real-life history in their own words, and providing a virtual meeting place with detailed, honest, and authentic recounting of the military experiences of our members. Unlike the fixed military records database of the U.S. government, TWS is creating a live history of these experiences, updated daily by our members.

The image includes Corporal William E. Thomas and Private First Class Joseph Jackson on Easter Morning, March, 10, 1945.

Today TWS has more than 1.6 million

Today, TWS has more than 1.6 million members and has reconnected more servicemen and women than any other website or organization. The miracle of reunions happens every day thanks to the military records search services we provide, and nothing could give us more satisfaction.

Welcome to the most important online presentation of our nations’ military history and military records available: Your friends are waiting for you!
